MADACC is trying to make it easier to get in line for animal adoptions and checking in for your vaccine appointment.
Scan this QR code with your phone and you will be taken to our Wait List Sign-In page. You can do this up to 2 miles from MADACC. Choose Dog Adoptions, Cat Adoptions or if you have already made a vaccine appointment, you can check in from your car. You will receive a text confirming you have joined the line, and when available, the approximate wait time until you are seen. When it is your turn you will receive a text to give you a 5 minute window to come into the building to check in for your appointment.
You will be able to see other services MADACC offers in our virtual waiting room, and if you prefer to come back, you can remove yourself from line.
If you are unable to use your own computer or phone, when you arrive at MADACC you can enter the lobby to use our kiosk in to sign in. Vaccines are only done on Wednesday by prepaid appointment and no one will monitor the queue if you check in outside of our vaccine hours.
For those who need additional assistance, please come to MADACC and wait for a team member at the front desk to assist you.
